Julie dealt with our query and couldn't have been any more friendly or helpful throughout. She got a quote which was less than any I had found for my circumstances and kept us informed throughout the process, which didn't take very long at all. There was no hard sales push like I had experienced with another broker, she simply provided us with quotes and was happy to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend The Insurance Surgery Ltd and Julie in particular!

One point I will raise is sometimes going through the questions, doing it all over the phone was a bit difficult at times, especially if someone's first language isn't English, or if someone prefers reading information than listening to it, or someone who is hearing impaired etc - I hope you look into an option where the advisors can share their screen when answering questions.

The service was amazing, very professional. Meghan managed to find the life cover we needed for my self and my husband (which was difficult to find due to being diabetic). Meghan was brilliant, and polite and ensured we went with the right life cover, that would meet our needs. Would definitely recommend this service to family and friends. :)

If you’re looking for life insurance and have been turned down elsewhere, this is the company for you. Julie was super helpful and knowledgeable from the initial call I had with her through to finding the right policy for me. She kept me updated throughout the process, recommended a few options and was very transparent about her action plan to try and find the right deal. Could not recommend The Insurance Surgery enough! Suzie provided an amazing service, I had been trying to get cover for years and nobody would provide me with life insurance due to my past medical history. Suzie managed to find my husband and I quotes and have them set up within 2 days. Suzie even managed to find cover for my husband at a much cheaper rate than he been quoted on comparison sites. Exceptional service.

This company assisted me in getting Life Insurance when all other companies refused me. Sam Cox was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
